The landing page for Contracts displays a table-view of all Contracts within the database. This table lists the ID, Signee(s), Publisher, Works, Assets, Date Modified, Kind, and Status for each Contract entry. The list can be sorted alphanumerically by ID, Date Modified, Kind, or Status, and results can be narrowed by using the search bar above the table. Existing Contracts can be viewed or edited by clicking their title. New Contracts can be created by clicking “New Contract” in the top right corner.
After a blank Contract entry has loaded, users can input, edit, or view the following:
